About Heidi Gornik

Heidi Gornik began her real estate career in New Jersey in 2012 before relocating her family to Oregon in 2014. After transitioning to real estate full-time in 2017, she built her business around education, advocacy, and exceptional client care. Today, as a Principal Broker with Premiere Property Group, LLC, Heidi brings over a decade of real estate experience helping clients successfully navigate a wide range of housing and life transitions.

Before entering real estate, Heidi spent many years in the fashion industry as a Senior Technical Designer, working for nationally recognized brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Liz Claiborne, and Original Penguin. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects continue to benefit her clients throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2012, Heidi has helped buyers, sellers, investors, seniors, and families navigate everything from first homes and investment properties to downsizing, accessibility needs, and major life transitions. She believes real estate is about far more than a transaction—it is about helping people make confident decisions during some of life's most important moments.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Heidi is particularly passionate about helping older adults and their families navigate downsizing, aging-in-place decisions, caregiving transitions, estate-related sales, and the many housing choices that come with later stages of life. She understands that every family's situation is unique and takes pride in providing thoughtful guidance, patience, and practical solutions tailored to each client's goals.

Heidi's commitment to serving others extends beyond real estate. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Benco, a nonprofit organization that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential services, independent living support, and community involvement. This role reflects her dedication to advocacy, accessibility, independence, and helping individuals live meaningful and connected lives.

Her passion for serving individuals with unique needs is also deeply personal. As the parent of a son with special needs, Heidi understands firsthand the importance of accessibility, mobility considerations, and finding a home that truly supports a family's lifestyle. Whether clients are planning for aging in place, seeking wheelchair accessibility, downsizing a longtime family home, or navigating a significant life change, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the conversation.

Known for her relationship-first approach, honest communication, and steady guidance, Heidi is committed to helping her clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. She considers it a privilege to be part of her clients' journeys and values the lasting relationships that often continue long after the transaction has closed.

When she's not working, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Joey and Ben. As a family, they love exploring the Oregon Coast and spending time with their dog, Jersey.
